Holiday Look #1

Hi guys! Since are getting into the holiday season which is full of parties and other festivities, I thought it would be fun to start posting some holiday inspired looks. I’m not sure how many exactly I will do, but I can tell you this will be the first of the bunch! I love the holiday season, no matter what you personally celebrate, there is a warm cheerful spirit in the air.

Products Used:
Foundation: L’Oreal Infallible Pro-Matte Foundation in Classic Ivory
Concealer: Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer in Fair Neutral
Powder: Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder
Blush: Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Dollface
Contour: Anastasia Beverly Hills Fawn
Highlight: Becca x Jaclyn Hill Champagne Glow Palette – Pearl (cheek bone and inner eye)
Eyes: Urban Decay Primer Potion (original). Anastasia Beverly Hills Self-Made Palette – Buttery (to set primer), Sherbert (crease/transition) Hot Chocolate (to define crease), Metallic Plum (outer part of eyelid), Treasure (inner eyelid), Pink Champagne (outer part of eyelid layered over Metallic Plum), and Deep Purple (under eye). MAC Mylar (brow bone). Too Faced Perfect Eyes Waterproof Eyeliner in Perfect Black (waterline). Eyeko Black Magic Mascara (lashes).
Brows: L’Oreal Brow Stylist Plumper in Light to Medium
Lips: NARS Audacious Lipstick in Janet

I love the way this look turned out! I actually wore it two days in a row. The first time I didn’t photograph it so I had to recreate it so that I could post about it. It actually turned out even better the second time. I used my new Morphe Brushes from my recent haul and I was very impressed! I was able to more precisely define my crease and blend everything together.

If purple isn’t your colour, you could use a combination of Treasure and Pink Champagne under the eye to mirror the shadow on the lid. Or, you could use a pop of another colour of your preference!
