Hi guys! I saw that one of my favourite bloggers Written in the Cosmets did a post like this so I decided to grab the questions and take a crack at them myself! It’s great to get to know someone by reading their answers so if you do this, please link it in the comments!
Questions
SKIN CARE
1. How many times do you wash your face daily? Once in the morning and once before bed!
2. What skin type do you have? I think I lean more to the oily side. Especially my T-Zone.
3. What is your current facial wash? I use Spectro most of the time but I use an Aveeno Daily Exfoliator a few times a week.
4. Do you exfoliate? Yes, a few times a week!
5. What brand do you use? I use a little bit of everything.
6. What moisturizer do you use? I use Olay Complete Moisturizer in the morning and Garnier Ultra-Lift Firming Cream at night.
7. Do you have freckles? Not really, just the odd one here and there on my face.
8. Do you use eye cream? Yes, I use the Garnier Ultra-Lift Firming Eye Cream.
9. Do you or did you have acne prone skin? I had the usual teenage acne but it wasn’t anything out of control. Now days I just get the odd one every once and awhile.
10. Did you ever have to use Proactive? Nope!
MAKE-UP
11. What foundation do you use? L’Oreal Infallible Pro-Matte Foundation, love it!
12. How about concealer? Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer… love it!!!
13. Do you know your undertone color? I think I am either neutral or cool toned.
14. What do you think of fake eyelashes? Look great, I need to start playing with them.
15. Did you know that you are supposed to change your mascara every 3 months? I did, however I don’t really follow that rule. I throw them out when I feel like they are either empty or have gone bad.
16. What brand of mascara do you use? I use a whole bunch… my favourites are Too Faced Better than Sex and Make Up For Ever Smoky Extravagant
17. Sephora or MAC? I love both, but probably more so Sephora because of the variety.
18. Do you have a MAC Pro-card? No, I don’t.
19. What makeup tools do you use in make up application? Lots and lots of brushes!
20. Do you use make-up base/primer for the eyes? Yes absolutely! I love the Urban Decay Primer Potion… I have gotten so many people hooked on it.
21. For the face? I should but I don’t every day. Still trying them out and figuring out what works best for my skin. As long as I use a matte foundation and setting powder my foundation can last pretty long.
22. What is your favorite eyeshadow (color or shade)? I don’t even know if I can answer this!! Out of all of my shadows I probably use Urban Decay “Bootycall” from the Naked 2 Palette the most. But I do love a good purple eye shadow and there are so many pretty ones!
23. Do you use pencil or liquid eyeliner? Pencil! I really love the Urban Decay 24/7 Eye Liners.
24. How often do you poke your eyes with an eyeliner pencil? At least once a month, haha!
25. What do you think of pigment eye shadows? They are nice, I don’t use them that often though.
26. Do you use mineral makeup? Hmmm not at the moment, but I’m not opposed to it.
27. What is your favorite lipstick? Again with the tough questions! Probably MAC Up the Amp, its so beautiful!
28. How about lip gloss? I very rarely wear lipgloss, my long hair always gets stuck to it.
29. What is your favorite blush to use? The one I use the most is NARS Orgasm. It goes with almost anything
30. Do you buy your makeup on eBay? No, I have had bad experiences buying nail polish on eBay so I don’t think I would buy something I would put on my skin from there. I’m sure it isn’t all bad, but that last experience kind of ruined it for me.
31. Do you like drugstore makeup? Sure do!
32. Do you go to CCO’s? (cosmetic company outlets)? I don’t know that I have ever been to one!
33. Did you ever consider taking make-up classes? I think about it all the time!
34. Are you clumsy in putting on makeup? Most of the time, no. I try to take my time and really think about what I am doing.
35. Name a makeup crime that you hate? Hmm…. there really hasn’t been one that I actually notice. To each their own!
36. Do you like colorful shades of makeup (lipstick,eyeshadow) or neutral ones? I wear both! Mostly neutral for work though.
37. Which celebrity always has great make up? Gwen Stefani! Love her.
38. If you could leave the house using just ONE makeup item, what would you use? Hmm probably mascara. It really wakes up my eyes!
39. Could you ever leave the house without any makeup on? Yeah, I’ve done it before. How comfortable I am depends on how tired I am and how my skin looks that day.
40. Do you think you look good even without any makeup on? Depends on how tired I am! But I think I look okay without makeup.

I really enjoyed reading this! I’ve answers many of these questions in various beauty tags but it’s nice to have them ALL together here. 🙂
I wish we had CCO’s here! I’ve been to one in Buffalo and it was like a candy store! All of the brands under Estee Lauder are sold there so you find discounted / discontinued items from MAC, Clinique, Bobbi Brown etc!

Thank you!! I’m glad you enjoyed it! Now that you have described it, I think I’ve been to a CCO at the outlet malls in Minneapolis, MN. Those would be the closest to me. I’ll have to take a better look next time I head down there!
