Hi guys! It has been a little chaotic around here so I haven’t been as on top of posting as I would normally like to be. Tis the Season, right? I’m hoping to get things better under control and resume regularly scheduled programming this week!

This week was actually not too bad, I’ve just been very tired when I get home from work so I haven’t done much. I’ve been trying to get back into an exercise routine again since that fell to the wayside when I was sick.
On Thursday I went to a yoga class with one of my best friends and then we went for dinner at Naxos after. It was a great way to get a chance to chat and hang out after our class. The fettuccine alfredo is amazing there and their portions are so big that you can easily get 1 dinner and possibly 2 lunches out of it!
On Friday I had a Christmas Party for my work. It was fun and it was nice to chat with some of my co-workers outside of the office. The food was pretty good too!
On Saturday I had my cousin’s baby shower which was great because I finally got to meet her baby boy. I had stayed away when I was sick. It was a nice afternoon and it was great seeing everyone.
As well, on Saturday I had my husband’s work Christmas Party. It was a lot of fun! He has a great group of co-workers and it is always a really nice event. I look forward to dressing up and going every year.
Today I visited with some family and then went out for dinner with my husband afterwards. Since it was such a crazy weekend we treated ourselves to a date night at the Caribou which is our favourite restaurant. Their crab cakes are to die for!
The plans for the rest of the evening are to relax and watch Star Wars. We are going to see the new movie on Friday so I want to watch the older movies all week to lead up to it!
