Hi guys! Colourpop had a sale for Cyber Monday in which everything was reduced by 20% for the day. I saw $4.80 Ultra Matte Liquid Lipsticks and immediately jumped on that bandwagon. I was impressed with the two I had ordered in the fall so I took this opportunity to add a few more to my collection. I love that I can apply them and not worry about my lipstick partially going rogue throughout the day.

I chose Beeper because I wanted a neutral/dark nude shade that could be worn every day. Then I purchased the next three as I wanted to add some pink shades as I don’t have any in liquid lipstick form. They look fairly similar, but I fell in love with them all. I saw some swatches on the Colourpop Snapchat and I was sold. I think they are different enough to need them all, but lipstick (as well as eye shadow palettes as you probably already know) is one of my weaknesses.
Given that this week is Star Wars week, I extra appreciated the personalized note that came with this order!

Lipstick on the Lake

Yeah they are very intensely pigmented, but they don’t look too over-the-top when worn. I love a good liquid lipstick at this time of the year because you can just apply it and forget about it.
The inner geek in me squealed when I saw the note! I’ve been having a week-long Star Wars marathon with my husband this week so it was very fitting!

Yeah its a great shade! I’ve worn it a few times now and I’m really happy with it! The notes are always such a nice touch but this one is my favorite by far!

Really nice shades! I need to give Colorpop a try, I keep hearing such great things about their products. Have you tried their eyeshadows?

Yes I have a bunch of them. They are nice but are a strange texture. I find I have the most success applying them with my fingers. I really like them but I like their lip products more.
