Hi guys! Another week has come to an end, and while I didn’t do much, it was also very busy at the same time. My husband and I have been working on a few home renovations so that has taken up a lot of my time. As well, I’m continuing to work on my resolution of continuing to be active and workout, so that took up the rest of my time. I’m already feeling the positive results though after the damage that the holidays did.

1. My handsome boy Max got a haircut this week 2. My husband caught a cold later on this week so we enjoyed a quiet evening and some tea after painting the house 3. The always delicious and super filling hot turkey sandwich from the Hoito!

Aside from working on the home renovations, my father-in-law came into town this weekend to attend the Banff National Film Festival World Tour with us. So today we enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the Hoito, a very long (but successful) trip to Home Depot and an always amazing dinner at the Caribou. Then, of course, we went to the film festival which was pretty good this year.

I also filmed my first “favourites” video this morning. I woke up extra early to squeeze that in today. I think I may have been a bit awkward, but it was my first one. I know they will get better as I get used to filming!

I thought I would also start adding a recap of my previous posts from the week to these posts. I’m not sure if I’ll do a separate post, or if I’ll tag them onto these posts. For now I’ll add them here and then figure out down the road which way I prefer to post it.
