Hi guys! It’s Saturday so I have another video uploaded onto YouTube for you! Today I am featuring the Too Faced Chocolate Bon Bons Palette which my husband gave me for Valentine’s Day. I must say when it comes to chocolate, even though I do enjoy eating it from time to time, I much prefer the makeup version! I had been eyeing up this palette for awhile so he did good.
Primer: Nivea Post Shave Balm in Sensitive
Foundation: L’Oreal Infallible Pro-Matte Foundation in Classic Ivory
Concealer: Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer in Fair Neutral
Powder: Maybelline Matte + Poreless Translucent Powder
Blush: NARS Orgasm
Contour: Anastasia Beverly Hills Fawn
Highlight: Too Faced Candlelight Glow (both shades mixed)
Eyes: Urban Decay Primer Potion (original). Too Faced Chocolate Bon Bons Palette – Almond Truffle, Mocha, Divinity, Molasses Chip & Dark Truffle (details in video). Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Demolition. Maybelline Lash Sensational in Blackest Black (lashes).
Brows: NYX Micro-Brow in Taupe and L’Oreal Brow Stylist Plumper in Light to Medium
Lips: Maybelline Colour Sensational Creamy Matte Lipstick in Mesmerizing Magenta
I am very impressed with this palette. The shadows chosen for the palette are stunning and go well together. They blend effortlessly and they are well-pigmented without being too pigmented. It has a good variety of shimmers and mattes so you have everything you need for a complete look. As always, there is a pop of colour in the palette that take it a step above your average neutral palette.
I hope you enjoyed today’s video! Please subscribe to my YouTube channel if you haven’t already. It really means a lot to me! I am going to continue to post a video every Saturday alongside my usual post. If you have any video requests please let me know and I will do my best. At the moment the voice-over style videos are the easiest (logistically) for me to do since I can record them in my dining room (best lighting) while my dogs are running around playing and barking, and then I can go somewhere quiet to add the sound in.
Until next time…
