Hi guys! It’s Monday again so it’s time to share my manicure of the week! I was feeling really uninspired when I was sifting through my nail polish collection trying to figure out what to wear this week. Although I’m usually drawn to purples I feel like I’ve worn a lot of those lately. Red is generally outside of my comfort zone when it comes to nail polish. For some reason, despite owning many red nail polishes, I don’t like wearing them. So, I thought I would switch it up and wear a red! I chose OPI’s Smoke’n in Havana. The photo doesn’t pick it up very well but this one has a hint of coral to it. I actually like the way it looks on my nails, to my surprise! It also applied very nice and evenly.
Products Used:
OPI Chip Skip
OPI Nail Envy in Original (1 coat)
OPI Smoke’n in Havana (2 coats)
Glisten & Glow HK Girl Fast Drying Top-Coat (1 coat)

Robyn

I’m like you – I own a lot of reds but don’t wear them often! Need to remember to get out of my comfort zone…. This is a nice brick-y red!

Yeah I really like it so far! I usually go for darker reds if I ever wear them. I need to break out more of the bright ones more often!
