MOTD: Pop of Purple

Kat Von D Monarch ABH Glow Kit Gleam.jpeg

Hi guys! I know today is normally Mani Monday, but the weather was soooo nice this weekend, I didn’t manage to paint my nails! So, instead, I’m sharing the makeup that I have been wearing today! I realized it’s been awhile since I’ve done a pop of purple under my eye, which is weird considering that’s my favourite look, so I thought I would do just that today!

Products Used:

Primer: Nivea Post Shave Balm in Sensitive
Foundation: L’Oreal Infallible Pro-Matte Foundation in Classic Ivory
Concealer: Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer in Fair Neutral
Powder: Maybelline Matte + Poreless Translucent Powder
Blush: Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Dollface
Bronzer: Physician’s Formula Butter Bronzer
Highlight: Anastasia Beverly Hills Gleam Glow Kit – Starburst (cheekbones and brow bones)
Eyes: Urban Decay Eye Shadow Primer Potion. Kat Von D Monarch Palette – Vanish (crease), Shadow Box (outer crease and outer corner), and Telepathy (all over lid). Anastasia Beverly Hills Self-Made Palette – Deep Purple (under eye). Urban Decay 24/7 Eyeliner in Psychedelic Sister (waterline). L’Oreal Telescopic Carbon Black Mascara and Maybelline Lash Sensational (lashes).
Brows: L’Oreal Brow Artist Shaper in Blonde and L’Oreal Brow Stylist Plumper in Light to Medium
Lips: NARS Audacious Lipstick in Claudia

I have to say, I am absolutely loving the Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Kit! I purchased in in Gleam and I’ve had it for a week and I am in love. The pans are huge so it is totally worth the price. I’ll do a more full review once I’ve been wearing it longer and I’ve experimented with all of the shades though. Two thumbs up so far!
