Ipsy Glam Bag: May

Hi guys! Another one of my Ipsy bags has arrived and once again they have sent me exciting goodies to play with. Hopefully this is my last written Ipsy post for awhile and I can go back to filming soon. I was going to film this weekend but I had two additional dogs and a bunny staying with me for the long weekend.

Let’s dive into what I got this month…

Épicé International | Hydrating Mask

This hydrating mask uses Kaolin Clay to absorb the oils and impurities in your skin without stripping your skin’s moisture. I can’t wait to put this mask on my face and try it out! The size of the sample is nice too because I think I’ll get a few uses out of it to see if it truly makes a difference.

Pacifica | Natural Mineral Coconut Eye Shadow Trio

This eye shadow trio is gluten-free, vegan and cruelty-free. These eyeshadows weren’t as pigmented when I swatched them as I thought they would be, but I’m looking forward to trying them out on my eyes.

BelláPierre Cosmetics | Nude Gel Lip Liner Pencil

I’m starting to get into using lip liners so I’m excited to see this in my Glam Bag this month. I particularly enjoy nudes like this one as it can go under anything. This lip liner is said to be waterproof and smooth to apply. It can be paired with a lipstick or worn on it’s own.

PEEK Beauty | nom nom natural lip plumping balm in Miracle

This is a lip balm that is made with ginger root, chilli pepper extract and lychee extract to naturally plump your lips while giving a subtle shine. I don’t normally use products to plump the lips so it will be interesting to try this out. It has a very cinnamon-y smell to it, which I liked when swatching it.

Smashbox X-Rated Mascara

I always love trying new mascaras to I’m looking forward to trying this one out. The “triply-threat brush” is said to isolate each one of your lashes, while magnifying them and adding fibres. It also claims to be clump, flake and smudge-proof. It will be interesting to see if it meets each one of those claims!
