Gradient Blue Under Eye

Hi guys! I was going through my eye shadow palette drawer when yet again I was inspired by the Urban Decay Electric Palette. I sometimes go quite awhile without touching this palette but lately I can’t get enough of it! It even made the list for my June Favourites.  I generally use it to add a pop of bright colour so today I thought I would do a neutral eye look with a gradient blue/purple under eye.

  1. How fun! You managed to make a simple look really interesting – never thought to do a gradient on the lower lash line (usually I spent so much more time blending my lids and no time at all on the lower lash line!)
