Holiday Look: New Year’s Eve

New Year's Eve Makeup

Hi guys! I was taking the ‘rest of the year’ off from writing blog posts, but I just couldn’t resist sharing my New Year’s Eve makeup look. I’m not going out tonight, but am having a relaxing night at home with my husband and bestie. But, that didn’t stop me from going full glam.

New Year's Eve Makeup

I’m super happy with how this look turned out, it definitely seems appropriate for New Year’s Eve. As always, I used scotch tape to get my eye shadow/liquid eye liner extra sharp and as even as possible. For this look I also used my new Canon Rebel T5i to take the photos! I’m still learning how to use it, but I love it so far!

Are you doing anything for New Year’s Eve tonight? Did you do special New Year’s Eve makeup for the occasion? Let me know in the comments down below!

xoxo,

Robyn

  1. Love the photos with your new camera! Do you use any kind of lighting set up or just natural light? The close up is especially nice!

I’m also dying over that lip color and your eye makeup in general. Happy new year!

    • Aw thank you! Happy New Year to you too! I use natural light for all of my photos. I got a ring light for Christmas that I’ll be playing with soon, but I’m waiting for the stand to arrive.
