Hi guys! Today I thought it would be fun to show off my matte makeup look that I’m rocking today. I very rarely rock a matte eye makeup look but I wanted something quick and simple today as I was heading out to get my hair done. The only shine I’ve added to this look is my highlight and a shimmery blush. Though I mostly show it on my lips, I am definitely mad about matte!

I’m absolutely digging this mad about matte makeup look! I enjoy how although it is mostly matte, it really brings focus to the few areas that I have added some shimmer. Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipstick has become a staple in my makeup collection lately. The browny pink goes with so many makeup looks and has a unique place in my collection.
As far as matte eye shadow palettes go, Kat Von D’s Shade + Light Eye Palette is definitely a favourite of mine. The eye shadows are pigmented, yet so very blendable and smooth to work with. Although I love most Kat Von D’s makeup products, her matte eye shadows are really quite something.
