Hi guys! As many of you know, the Sephora Spring VIB Sale took place about a week ago! I was waiting for my last order to come in to post this, but the ice storm we had here in Thunder Bay this week delayed Canada Post. So when my package arrived today, on a Saturday, I was so excited I couldn’t wait to take pictures and get this post up. I posted my wish list a couple of weeks ago and although I never really stick to it, I did pick up two of the items on it! Generally my list is kind of a starting point  but I always end up straying when it comes time to placing an actual Sephora order.

There is quite a trend of liquid lipsticks in this haul, but as you probably know, that’s essentially my favourite formula to wear.

Too Faced | Melted Matte Liquid Lipstick in Granny Panties

I originally had the shade Wine Not? on my wish list, but I decided to get Granny Panties instead. First of all, how could I pass up a lipstick with a name like that? Also, it’s such a beautiful purple with a touch of grey to it. It’s very unique to my collection and I love wearing purpley lipsticks.

Tarte | Tarteist Creamy Matte Lip Paint in Adorbs

I’ve been wanting to try Tarte’s liquid lipstick line for awhile now to see how it compares to the other formulas in my collection. I haven’t worn this yet but I quite liked the way it swatched. It also had a bit of a minty scent to it which is different than the others in my collection. I thought Adorbs would be a fantastic shade for the summer and I actually don’t really have any bright liquid lipsticks at the moment.

Kat Von D | Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in Hawkwind

The Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks are no strangers to me and I really enjoy their formula so I couldn’t resist adding one of her new shades to my cart. Hawkwind is a nude sienna and again, feels unique to my collection of liquid lipsticks.

Kat Von D | Everlasting Lip Liner in OG Lolita

I had also been dying to try the Kat Von D Everlasting Lip Liners ever since I saw them announced. I don’t really wear a lot of lip liners but I’ve seen some promising reviews so I thought I’d give this one a shot. OG Lolita is described as a dusty rose. This was so creamy to swatch so I’m looking forward to trying it on the lips.

Urban Decay | Afterglow Blush in Quickie

I’ve really enjoyed the Urban Decay Afterglow Blushes that I have purchased in the past so I thought this bright blue pink would make an excellent addition to  my collection. It just screams summer which I am so ready for after the crazy weather we have had this past week.

And finally, I just had to pick up Yves Saint Laurent Black Opium which was on my original wish list. I just love the scent of this beautiful perfume and I feel like it will become my every day perfume. And by every day, I mean non-work days since I work in a scent-free office. But, I will be wearing the heck out of this on weekends!
