Valentine’s Day Makeup Look

Valentine's Day Makeup Look

I couldn’t let today pass without sharing a special Valentine’s Day makeup look for the occasion. I enjoy wearing pink all year round but Valentine’s Day inspires me to load up on the pink products and I ain’t complaining about it. This year I created a soft pink look with a bright pink glossy lip. If you’re feeling extra Valentine’s-y I also posted a Valentine’s Day Manicure earlier this week!

Powder: Fenty Invisimatte Blotting Powder
Blush: Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Paaarty
Contour: Kat Von D Shade + Light Contour Kit – Sombre & Lucid (mixed)
Bronzer: Benefit Cosmetics Hoola Matte Bronzer

Natasha Denona Eyeshadow Palette 5 – Piggy (all over lid). L’Oreal Voluminous Smouldering Eye Liner in Black (water line). Essence Lash Princess Sculpted Volume Mascara (lashes).
Brows: Benefit Cosmetics Ka-Brow in 03 Medium
Lips: Tarte Creamy Matte Lip Paint in Adorbs! topped with Sephora Outrangeous Effect Volume Lip Gloss in Universal Volume

While I’m super happy with how the glossy lip turned out, if you are planning on kissing anyone, I would not suggest this combination. The Tarte Creamy Matte Lip Paint wears really well but the added gloss made it super transferable.  It looked lovely in my photos but I ended up taking it off pretty quick after I took these photos.

Robyn
