It may not be Monday but I still wanted to share the manicure that I’m wearing this week with you. I’ve had Butter London Henley Regatta in my polish collection for quite a few years now but I don’t think I’ve shared it on the blog yet. This weeks manicure was inspired by my Little Mermaid Makeup Look that I shared earlier this week. I really wanted to combine a purple base (Essie Gel Couture in Turn N Pose) with this glittery teal beauty. The end result is a bit more reminiscent of a peacock but it’s all good! The end result was a manicure that I just cannot stop staring at so… goal achieved! Let’s take a closer look at Butter London Henley Regatta.
Products Used:
Essie Gel Couture Turn N Pose (2 coats)
Butter London Henley Regatta (1 coat)
Essie Gel Couture Top Coat
Your eyes aren’t deceiving you… I only used ONE coat of Butter London Henley Regatta! I am always really impressed by how dense of a glitter it is. The coat I did wasn’t even that thick either as I tend to use thin coats to help with drying and potential future chipping. As always, the Essie Gel Couture line was a joy to use. It applies very evenly and has a really great consistency. Very minimal clean up is required as the polish goes on and stays in place. I also love how fast it dries too! I tend to stick to fast drying top coats so ones like this that are part of a ‘system’ usually scare me off but this one is great!
What do you have on your nails this week? Let me know in the comments below!

Wow that’s impressive, only one coat for this polish! Usually glitters aren’t that dense.
I really like how you paired it with a purple base.

I know eh? I’m used to practically begging the glitter to come out of the bottle!
