The Body Shop 24 Days of Enchanted Advent Calendar + Giveaway!

Even though we have just passed Halloween, if you have been in any stores lately it is very evident that Christmas is up next! When I was a kid I would get so excited for Advent Calendar season whether it was a traditional chocolate one or the mini Christmas trees my mom set up for my sister and I where we would get a little ornament each day in December to decorate it. Given my obsession with all things beauty the idea of a Body Shop Advent Calendar is pretty exciting to me! It’s like a grown-up version of something I already love and get excited about!

The Body Shop 24 Days of Enchanted Advent Calendar

The Body Shop 24 Days of Enchanted Advent Calendar retails for $69.00 CAD but actually contains $156.00 worth of product! Best of all, if you keep reading, one of you will be able to win one of these lovely calendars for yourself! More details on eligibility and how to enter are at the end of this post.

Rather than spoiling every item in the Body Shop 24 Days of Enchanted Advent Calendar, I thought I’d share three of my favourites! It was hard to pick just three because this calendar is FULL of great products!

The Body Shop 24 Days of Enchanted Advent Calendar

Almond Hand & Nail Manicure Cream

As we approach the colder months having hand cream on hand is essential to me! I’ve always loved anything to do with almonds so I can tell you already this hand cream will be in heavy rotation.

Tip: Keep a hand cream a hand cream on your nightstand as a reminder to apply it before bed! I’ve found since doing this I consistently use hand cream therefore have softer hands and much nicer cuticles!

Eye Definer Crayon Khol

A black eyeliner is absolutely essential to any holiday makeup look that I do throughout the season so I can never have enough of them.

Tip: Once your eyeliner has been sharpened over time and has become shorter, keep it in your purse! A little eyeliner stub doesn’t take up much space and is great for touch-ups!

Matte Lip Liquid in Tahiti Hibiscus

If you’ve been following my blog for awhile you know I am obsessed with matte liquid lipsticks. They are so great for events as they have more longevity than your typical cream lipstick. The colour is great for the holidays too!

Tip: Add a light layer of lip balm before applying a matte lip product to help keep your lips hydrated! I do this earlier on in my makeup application process to give it time to sink in.

  1. As I am your mom, I’ll opt out of the contest but I had forgotten about the advent trees. Thank you for reminding me. I loved that tradition.

  2. My favourite Christmas tradition is putting on Christmas music and baking with my mom. I would love to find some body wash in the advent calendar!
