Boscia Charcoal Pore Pudding

Boscia Charcoal Pore Pudding

I love trying new skincare. While I am by no means a skincare expert (at all), I enjoy picking up various samples of moisturizers, face masks, serums… you name it. Within the last year I picked up a deluxe sample of the Boscia Charcoal Pore Pudding (probably using Sephora points) and I have to say I have been using it quite a bit lately. My apologies in advance for the sub-par product shots… I tried experimenting with lighting (instead of natural light) in an effort to beat this fleeting daylight thing and so far I haven’t figured it out.

What immediately intrigued me about the Boscia Charcoal Pore Pudding was the swirled appearance of the product that you can see through the clear packaging. The duo-colour is due to the mixture of white and black charcoal. The two work together to deliver results. The mask claims to minimize pores, lift away impurities and balance skin.

When using this product you mix together the white and black charcoal in your hands before applying a thin layer to your face. It can be left on for 15 to 20 minutes – I generally do the full 20 before rinsing it off. It has a light minty scent to it which I enjoy as it works it’s magic on my skin.

My skin is left feeling so fresh and clean after using this mask. I have been trying to use it at least once a week and I am noticing some improvements with my pores. My skin has been in the need for some serious TLC after how badly it was neglected this summer/fall.

I am really enjoying the Boscia Charcoal Pore Pudding and look forward to either picking up another deluxe sized sample when they come around again at Sephora or purchasing a full size.
