Holiday party season is upon us! While I am personally more of a hermit (hello fellow introverts!) I do enjoy putting together makeup looks for the occasion. There are three things that I think are essential to any classic makeup look I put together… silver eyeshadow, glitter and a red lip! So let’s chat about three products that I think fit the bill for holiday party essentials!
Urban Decay | Naked Smoky Palette
When putting together the items for this post I thought this palette was still available which is why I chose it, however I guess I missed the memo when it was discontinued. I really enjoy using this palette during the holidays as I love to put together a smoky silver eye look. I think it goes nicely with just about any outfit I throw it’s way and pairs beautifully with a red lip. However, I don’t own it, but I think the Anastasia Beverly Hills Sultry Palette would be a good alternative!
Fenty Beauty | Stunna Lip Paint in Uncensored
Ahh the classic red lip, such a staple during the holiday season. I love the formula of the Fenty Stunna Lip Paints and I absolutely love the applicator. I think it perplexes some people but I find it so easy to get a clean application using it. I’m not sure why… perhaps it is magic? This product is by no means at all transfer-proof, however, I find that it still somehow maintains it’s nearly full pigmentation all day.
Urban Decay | Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliner in Glamrock
Who doesn’t need more glitter during the holiday season? When I want to add a little extra during the holiday season I love adding some of the Urban Decay Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliner in Glamrock to my makeup look. I enjoy it layered over eyeliner or in the crease to add something extra to a cut-crease.
