Happy New Year everyone! Though I plan on sharing both my NYE makeup look and my 2018 favourites, I thought I’d first start off the year by posting my collective haul from December. I actually bought quite a bit of makeup from Sephora last month between the $25 off purchases of $75+ coupon code earlier in the month and then gift cards I received for Christmas. So let’s take a look at what I picked up last month.
Huda Beauty | Amethyst Obsessions Palette
I knew I wanted to try a Huda Beauty Palette and it took me SO DARN LONG to figure out which one I wanted to order. I came very close to ordering the Nude palette but I decided to start small. Is it much of a surprise that I ended up with the purple one? Not only is it my favourite colour but it also seemed the most unique to me. I’ve used it a couple times and I’m really enjoying it so far.
NARS | Radient Creamy Concealer in Chantilly
I am *THIS CLOSE* to running out of Tarte’s Shape Tape with no trips to the states in the near future so I had to figure out what to use as a replacement for the time being. Sephora was also out of stock of my shade in my old go-to (Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer) so I decided to give NARS Radient Creamy Concealer a go since I have seen positive reviews in the past.
Fenty Beauty | Invisimatte Blotting Powder
My old Fenty Beauty Invisimatte Blotting Powder was getting really low so I decided to pick up another. I put my nearly empty one in my purse to use for on-the-go-blotting!
Jouer | Lip Topper (Rose Gold) & Lip Cream (Blush)
Where was I when Sephora started carrying Jouer? I’ve been lusting after their Rose Gold Lip Topper for years! I couldn’t resist scooping it up as well as one of their lip creams! I’m really liking the Lip Cream in Blush both on it’s own and topped with Rose Gold!
Anastasia Beverly Hills | Matte Lipsticks

Sephora had Anastasia Beverly Hills Lipsticks on BOGO as one of their weekly wows so I grabbed four of them after Christmas with some gift cards. I’ve never tried their matte lipstick formula so I’m really looking forward to trying them! I picked up: Griffin, Rust, Resin & Dusty Mauve. I was trying to go for colours that seemed like they would be unique to my collection.
GLAMGLOW | Supermud Superstar Set
This GLAMGLOW was on sale (and still is!) plus I was able to get an additional 20% off (I think that promo is over now) so I couldn’t pass it up. The set contains a full size Supermud Clearing Treatment which is one of my favourite masks, as well as two different shades of their Gravitymud which I also love. The whole set cost me less than one full size Supermud so it was well worth picking up.
