The last of my empties from 2018 and it’s a relatively small pile this time around. I didn’t finish much the last few months but honestly I wasn’t really using a ton of products. However, it is time to dispose of this trash so let’s chat about the products I emptied in the last quarter of 2018! I usually group my “repeats” together at the end but quite a few of these products are “repeats” so since it’s probably been awhile since I’ve talked about them I’ll give you my thoughts on them again.
There is so much variety in this group so there really isn’t much rhyme or reason to my groupings.
Garnier | Micellar Water with Argan Oil
I think I’ve emptied one of these previously. I’ve been enjoying the Argan Oil infused Garnier Micellar Water for removing my makeup at night before I wash my face. The Argan Oil gives it that extra boost of makeup remover for stubborn makeup. Would I repurchase it? Yes! I already have!
St. Ive’s | Green Tea Scrub
I’ve emptied soooo many of these. This is the go-to face scrub of my household and it is a great exfoliator that is also gentle. Would I repurchase it? Yes! This has already been repurchased. We always make sure we have one ready before we empty one.
Les Petit Marseillais | Mandarin & Lime Body Wash
A great and inexpensive body wash that can be purchased at the drug store. I didn’t like the last one I purchased (I believe it was a peach scent?) but this one I really enjoyed! It’s very refreshing. Would I repurchase it? Yes! I haven’t yet though, they didn’t have it last time I was at the store.
GLAMGLOW | Gravitymud Firming Treatment
It took me so long to empty this because I saved it for special occasions. This is a great firming mask that doubles as a product that makes you feel like the Tin Man while you wear it, haha! It’s so satisfying peeling the mask off when it dries down as it is almost like a rubber. My skin looks and feels so firm after using it. Would I repurchase it? Yes! I have two more tubes of this now so I plan on using it more regularly.
Farmacy | Honey Potion
I reviewed this mask within the last year or so and I still love it. I love the way that it warms as you massage it into the skin and how hydrated and soft my skin feels after washing it off. I really do need to pick up the full size at some point! Would I repurchase it? Yes! Although it is a bit pricy so I’d be likely to wait for a VIB sale.
L’Oreal Pro-Matte Foundation
I don’t think I need to say much about this one as I empty at least four of these a year and it made my Best of 2018 list. This is my go-to drugstore foundation! Would I repurchase it? Yes! I always make sure I have a backup if I feel like I’m running low!
Another year of empties in the books! I look forward to seeing how many products I empty in 2019.
