Every year my husband and I spend Valentine’s Day having dinner at home (I always make something special for the occasion) and then go out either the night before or the night after. Last night we went out for dinner so I thought I’d share this date night makeup look with you today! For this look I used the Violet Voss Ride or Die Palette with a hint of the Urban Decay Vice 3 Palette. Even better is that these are both palettes that I vowed to use more this winter! So let’s take a closer look at my date night makeup look!
Foundation: L’Oreal Pro-Matte Foundation in Classic Ivory
Concealer: NARS Radient Creamy Concealer in Chantilly
Powder: Fenty Invisimatte Blotting Powder
Blush: Morphe 9B Blush Palette – 3rd Row, 3rd Shade
Bronzer: Too Faced Sun Bunny Natural Bronzer
Highlight: Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector in Prismatic Amethyst and Kat Von D Alchemy Palette – Ultra-Violet Amethyst
Eyes: Urban Decay Primer Potion (original). Urban Decay Vice 3 Palette – Vanity (crease & under eye). Violet Voss Ride or Die Palette – April (transition), Leslie (transition), Amy (crease, outer-v & under eye), Jasmine (lid) & Fiona (inner corner). Urban Decay 24/7 Eyeliner in Psychedelic Sister (water line). YSL Mascara Volume Effet Faux Cils (lashes).
Brows: Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow in Ash Brown
Lips: Urban Decay Matte Revolution Lipstick in Bittersweet
I’m really pleased with how this date night makeup look came out! I really wanted to play with these palettes and put together something fun on my eyes. I feel like every time I start to work on something fun it always ends up with purple prominently featured.
What kind of makeup do you like wearing for date night? Let me know in the comments below!

Great look! I love the pop or purple. I really want to Violet Voss Hash Tag palette because of the purples. I have the Holy Grail palette.

Thanks!! Oooh I would love the Holy Grail Palette! It looks so pretty!
I always love when I see someone using one palette again and again, it’s so great to have something in your collection that is so versatile that you bring it out over and over! I like this look on you and the lipstick you chose is also A+++!
Thanks!! I agree, there’s nothing like a product that you can use in pretty much any kind of makeup look!
