February just flew by! I guess it should as it is the shortest month of the year. It was a month of consistent blogging and continuing other positive routines that I’ve incorporated into my life. I feel pretty great about this past month so let’s chat about the products that I was favouring during February!
Violet Voss | Ride or Die Palette
It should come as no surprise that I was really digging the Violet Voss Ride or Die Palette this past month. It’s one of the neglected palettes that I vowed to use more this winter. It was also featured in two makeup looks that I posted recently: Date Night Makeup Look & Fenty Beauty Undefeated Stunna Lip Paint. It’s a great palette because you could pick it up and create such a wide variety of looks with it. It’s huge which can seem daunting to some but I see it as being a palette I could never grow tired of.
NARS | Powermatte Lip Pigment in Starwoman
I’ve been loving a classic red lip lately and I’ve been reaching for this deluxe sample of the NARS Powermatte Lip Pigment in Starwoman for that a lot lately. I won’t go into too much detail on it as I shared a full review of it last week but it is a great liquid lipstick! It isn’t as long-wearing as most of the liquid lipsticks in my collection but it is comfortable and looks great even when it is touched up!
Too Faced | Love Flush Blush in How Deep is Your Love?
I feel like this blush has ended up in many other favourites posts but I go in phases of wearing it a lot. I love the pink flush it gives my cheeks. Every time I wear it I just love how easy it is to apply and how it adds a little something extra to even more natural looking face.
Drunk Elephant | Rise + Glow & Night Bright Duos
I’ve been consistently using these drunk elephant minis for about a month and a half now and they have been rocking my skincare routine. Skincare is very personal so they may not work for everyone, however, I’ve found them to do wonders for the issues I have been having with my skin. My skin has never been clearer and smoother in the past year than it is right now. I did a full review on these products earlier this month.
Juice Beauty | Green Apple Peel
Another rockstar in my skincare routine has been using the Juice Beauty Green Apple Peel twice a month. I actually just emptied this deluxe sample (which I got about about 6 uses from I believe?) and I miss it already. It stings the first time you use it but again, left me with super soft skin!
I’m sure I’ve mentioned before that I’m a big Backstreet Boys fan so I have to include their latest album, DNA, to my monthly favourites! It came out at the end of January and I’ve been listening to it tons. It’s a great, classic Backstreet Boys album that is so much fun to listen to. I can’t wait to see them live again in July!!
