March is almost over and before it ends I knew I had to share a coral makeup look with you guys! Coral is not only Pantone’s Colour of the Year for 2019 but it is also the Canadian Beauty Bloggers Theme of the Month (see the linked posts at the end of this post for more coral posts!). A lot of the coral products featured in this post were mentioned in my Coral Round-Up earlier in the month. So let’s see them in action, shall we?
Products Used
Foundation: L’Oreal Pro-Matte Foundation in Classic Ivory
Concealer: Tarte Shape Tape in Fair
Powder: Fenty Invisimatte Blotting Powder
Blush: Becca Luminous Blush in Snapdragon
Bronzer: Too Faced Sun Bunny Natural Bronzer
Highlight: Anastasia Beverly Hills Nicole Guerriero Glow Glow Kit – Kitty Kat & Daydream
Eyes: Urban Decay Primer Potion (original). Too Faced Just Peachy Mattes Palette – Peach Butter (transition), Just Peachy (crease & under eye), Peach Punch (crease, outer-v and under eye). Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette – Just Peachy (lid). Marc Jacobs Velvet Noir Major Volume Mascara (lashes).
Brows: Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow in Ash Brown
Lips: Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche Lipstick in Pickled Ginger
As I was going through the products I used for this look I noticed for the first time that the Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette and their Just Peachy Mattes both have a shade called ‘Just Peachy’ and they are very different. One is a matte and one is a shimmer shade. I guess they ran out of peachy names! Anyways, I love wearing coral/peach looks like this once spring begins… they just look so bright and luminous! This really reminds me why I love these two Too Faced peach themed palettes. So pretty!
How are you feeling about Pantone’s Colour of the Year for 2019? Let me know in the comments below! I’m loving it… it’s really a shade I can get on board with and wear the heck out of!
xoxo,
Robyn
