Did March actually happen? I think I blinked because we are now in the first week of April and a fourth of the way through 2019. March was a super busy month so I’m not surprised it came and went in a flash. I have a feeling April will be the same way. But alas, let’s chat about the products that I was loving in the month of March!
Makeup
Anastasia Beverly Hills | Nicole Guerriero Glow Kit
I’ve had the Anastasia Beverly Hills x Nicole Guerriero Glow Kit in my collection since it launched in 2017 but I’ve been finding myself using it a lot lately. The peachy pink hues are a perfect companion for spring makeup looks!
Colourpop | Custom Palette
I created this Colourpop Custom Palette earlier in March and I used it a lot this month! While I haven’t been brave enough to use the teal shades yet, I’ve been using the pinks and the neutrals a LOT!
Bite Beauty | Amuse Bouche Lipstick in Pickled Ginger
Considering the last two makeup looks I posted (Coral Makeup Look & “Realistic” Spring Makeup Look) featured this lipstick it is no surprise that I am mentioning Bite Beauty’s Pickled Ginger lipstick as a favourite. Aside from using it in those two looks I’ve been wearing it pretty consistently. It’s just so bright and pretty!
NARS | Audacious Lipstick in Anita
NARS’ Anita is really more of a favourite all the time but I’ve been really noticing myself using it a lot lately. It’s a great neutral shade of dusty rose and it really does seem to go with any makeup look that I pair it with. Sometimes I don’t have time to be picky about my lipstick choice so I love that I can just slap this on and have it look good!
Skincare & More!
Drunk Elephant | C-Tango Multivitamin Eye Cream
I’ve been on a Drunk Elephant kick this year so it is no surprise that I’m mentioning another one of their products in a favourites post. Skincare is different for everyone but I’ve been noticing vast improvements to my skin since I started swapping in Drunk Elephant products for my old staples. The C-Tango Multivitamin Eye Cream has been a saviour for those little fine lines that I get around my under eye/cheekbone area!
Lovely Body | Shampoo Bar
Lovely Body‘s Shampoo Bars have actually been a favourite since I tried them for the first time in November, however, I never have an unopened one ready to be photographed. I just stocked up and grabbed a spare so here we are! This is the first time I’ve tried a shampoo bar and I am beyond impressed. It lathers so easily and leaves my hair feeling so hydrated and clean! Plus, I get to support an amazing local business!
