Normally if I know I have to be out somewhere in the evening on a weekend I refrain from wearing makeup during the day out of sheer laziness to avoid doing my makeup twice. However, I went out this morning so I wanted to wear a little something-something on my face. In keeping with my not wanting to do my makeup twice motive I decided it would be a great opportunity to take a daytime look and transition it into an evening look! I really didn’t do that much to transition the look but I’m quite pleased with how it turned out!

Nighttime Look
What I did to transition this look was actually pretty minimal. I added Charmed, I’m Sure and more Puree from the Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette to my eyes in the crease area to add more depth. I added some eyeliner (Esqido Gel Eyeliner in Brown*) I refreshed my cheeks with a little extra blush and highlight (as well as added the same highlighter to my brow bone). I broke out my Kat Von D Shade + Light Contour Kit (Sombre & Lucid mixed) to give my cheeks some extra definition. Finally, I changed my lipstick to Bite Beauty’s Hot Harissa as I knew I was changing into a red top.
Do you often transition your makeup looks from day to night, or do you start from scratch? Let me know in the comments below!
