While I love experimenting with makeup, I always come back to a classic warm makeup look. My annual Cinco de Mayo party seemed like a great occasion to rock one. For this makeup look I decided to try out the Makeup Revolution Neutrals 2 Palette that I hauled a few weeks ago from Orabel Beauty. It may seem a bit risky to try a palette for the first time before a party but I had full confidence that this palette wouldn’t let me down.
I also busted out my Makeup Revolution Sugar & Spice Blush Palette for this look as well which I picked up during the same haul. I love their blush formula, it’s one of my favourites!

As I suspected, the Makeup Revolution Neutrals 2 Palette did not disappoint me at all. The mattes were pigmented, yet super blendable. The shimmery shade that I used had no fallout at all and patted onto the lid effortlessly with my trusty MAC 242 brush.
