I feel like it has been awhile since I last did a favourites post as I didn’t do one for April! However, my habits have been pretty consistent across the past two months so let’s chat about both. The theme of the past two months for me has been simplicity. I haven’t been wearing much makeup, but when I have been I have been heavily using the products mentioned below!
Makeup
Fenty Beauty | Stunna Lip Paint in Uncuffed
I’m certain that I’ve mentioned Uncuffed in a previous favourites, however this has been my go-to for a quick, neutral lip that is also long-lasting. It’s fantastic for full work days or an evening out. I’ve previously reviewed the Stunna Lip Paint Formula, just in a different shade.
Makeup Revolution | Reloaded Neutrals 2 Palette
It’s no surprise that the Neutrals 2 Palette has made it into my favourites since I featured it twice on the blog last month (Makeup Revolution Warm Makeup Look & Makeup Revolution Reloaded Neutrals 2 Palette). These warm orange/pink shades are what I gravitate towards as spring starts.
Makeup Revolution | Ultra Blush Palette in Sugar and Spice
I’ve been a fan of Makeup Revolution’s blushes for a bit now and since this palette came into my life about a month ago I’ve been wearing it nearly exclusively. There’s so many choices that there is something to go with nearly any look I put together and the quality is great!
Skincare
Drunk Elephant | Protini Polypeptide Cream
My lone skincare favourite this month has been a great one for me! I’ve been using the Drunk Elephant Protini Polypeptide Cream exclusively since I picked it up during the Sephora VIB Sale and my skin has never been better. I pair it in the morning with B-Hydra and C-Firma and then TLC Framboos at night. My skin had been a bumpy, angry mess earlier this year and it has completely cleared up. So much so that I’ve been going out a LOT without any foundation and concealer on lately. I never would have had the confidence to before. This is going to make my weekend summer routine so much easier!
More!
Sally Hansen | Commander in Chic
Not a new nail polish in my collection but I have been wearing Commander in Chic a lot on my toes! It’s a great pedicure shade that goes with everything! I’ve previously featured it in a manicure if you’d like to see what it looks like on!
What were your favourites last month? Let me know in the comments below!
