I usually talk about how ‘fast’ a month goes by but was it just me or did January seem particularly long this year? It could have been due to the major cold snap we had for the last couple of weeks at the month that really made it feel long. If I don’t have to see -40 with the windchill on the weather network again for the rest of the winter I’ll be a happy girl! January however was a great month – it was a month of setting goals and working on achieving them. Nearly a week into 2019 and I’m still in a bit of disbelief that 2018 is over. I don’t know if the year flew by or if it seemed like a long year. I just can’t tell! While the summer flew by because my life revolved around fixing up my old house to get it ready to sell, it also feels like Paris (where I started the year) seems like an eternity ago. Wow I can’t believe how long it has been since I last wrote a blog post. I’ve missed you guys! How was your summer? I can’t believe how quickly that flew by as well. I had a super, super, super crazy busy summer so that was why I had to be so absent here. But, things are settling down (for now) so I am going to try to get back into the swing of things.
