Mani Monday

P1010672

Hi guys! I’m back with another Mani Monday! I’ve been sick so I’ve been neglecting my nails but I finally have them painted again and it makes me so happy! I dislike my nails when they are left natural, it just looks wrong to me. They are seldom left natural, but my priority lately has been napping.

I went to see the new James Bond movie last week which reminded me of the OPI Skyfall collection from 2012. My favourite shade from the collection is the title shade, Skyfall which is a gorgeous oxblood cream shade. Am I the only person who goes to see James Bond and then ends up thinking about what colour I need to paint my nails?

Products Used:

OPI Chip Skip
OPI Nail Envy Maintenance
OPI Skyfall (2 coats)
Glisten & Glow HK Girl Top Coat

Sorry about the lighting for the picture, the sun goes down as soon as I get home from work these days! The colour shown in the picture is pretty accurate though. I can’t believe I forgot about this polish, I don’t think I’ve worn it in years. It also looks great with a The Man with the Golden Gun (gold top fleck top coat) accent nail from that collection.

What do you have on your nails today? Let me know in the comments down below!

xoxo,

Robyn

    • Great post! I can’t remember if I own that one or not (you know you have a OPI problem when…). I thought the movie was okay but it didn’t seem like a lot was happening. But then again, I went to see the 10 pm show so I was super tired! I’ve definitely liked previous Bond movies more!

I loooove the HK Girl Top Coat. It is very compatible to Seche Vite, however it doesn’t have the common issues that most people have with Seche Vite (ie. it getting goopy mid-bottle, shrinkage, needing to apply over wet polish). I’ve been very happy with it!
