Mani Monday: Julep Rochelle

Hi guys! It’s time for another Mani Monday and today I’ve got Julep’s Rochelle on my nails. After how much I loved the last Julep polishes I wore, I knew I had to try the next one in my collection out. I had won four Julep polishes in a giveaway on Classy on the Run so now I’ve tried three of them. The next one that stood out to me was Rochelle which is a beautiful purple shade with a pearly finish. Simply stunning!

Julep Rochelle (2 coats)
Glisten & Glow HK Girl Top Coat

While Sue and Jocelyn by Julep were one coaters, I could have also gotten one out of Julep’s Rochelle. However, I find pearly shades to look a bit brush-strokey so I applied two to even it out. Pigmentation-wise, I could have gotten away with one. This polish was smooth to apply and the brush allowed for precise and clean application. The last two Julep polishes I tried wore really well, I got just over a week out of them, so I’m excited to see if Julep’s Rochelle is similar.
