5 Desert Island Makeup Products

Desert Island Makeup

If you were trapped on a desert island which 5 makeup products would you want to have with you? Obviously if this was an actual scenario makeup would be the least of your worries, but nonetheless, it’s fun to think about which products are absolute essentials. I’m sticking to just makeup products in this post as adding in skincare, and so on just makes it harder to narrow down.

Desert Island Makeup

Fenty Beauty | Invisimatte Blotting Powder

First things first, I would need something to keep my face matte! Just a little something-something to take care of the shine. I have been using the Fenty Beauty Invisimatte Blotting Powder for about a year now and I quite enjoy it!

Benefit | Roller Lash Mascara

I find a mascara makes me look more put together even if I have nothing else on my face. I love the curl that Benefit’s Roller Lash gives my lashes without having to use an actual eyelash curler.

Anastasia Beverly Hills | Dip Brow

Brows are another essential for me even on minimal days – makes my brows match my hair (I’m naturally blonde so my brows are also blonde without the help of makeup) and again just makes me feel more put together. Anastasia Beverly Hills Dip Brow has been my go-to brow product for years.

Tarte | Shape Tape

I’d also want to have Tarte’s Shape Tape with me. I absolutely love this concealer and I’m running super low on it which truly brings fear to my heart, haha! Don’t think I could survive without it!

Naked Kitty Naturals | Tint Balm

Now I’m sure you expected me to list off some matte liquid lipstick because those are my favourite but I wear a lot of lip balm. Though I love Naked Kitty Naturals’ clear lip balm for under lip products, I enjoy the tinted one for keeping in my purse to throw on when I’m out and about. The subtle tint is great!

Robyn
