Hi guys! Where do the weekends go and how is it Sunday already?
This week I actually did quite a bit, shocking I know! On Tuesday I went to see “How to be Single” with one of my good friends. I enjoyed the movie and it was nice to catch up since we hadn’t seen each other in awhile.
On Thursday I went to yoga class after work which was amazing as usual and then I went out for dinner with another one of my good friends and her adorable baby boy! We went to Montana’s which was very yummy. It’s always so therapeutic chatting with a good friend! We did a lot of venting which was long overdue.
On Saturday we had really beautiful weather! Like… t-shirt weather which in Northwestern Ontario at this time of year is pretty unusual. My husband and I took advantage of the beautiful weather and went for a walk around Boulevard Lake which I think is where half the city seemed to be! It was a great afternoon.
After that we went to go check out the house that the Rotary Club is selling tickets to raffle off. We always check out the house every year and buy our ticket! After that we went to the movie theatre to see Zootopia. It was a cute movie but it wasn’t as funny as I thought it would be. I hate when the trailer has all the good parts! But, was still worth seeing, just maybe not in theatres.
Saturday was definitely the eventful day this week because after the movie we had two of our closest friends over for drinks and then went out to the Sovereign Room. Unfortunately by the time we got there the kitchen was closed, so after a few drinks we went back to our place and ordered pizza and played games. It was a really fun night!
Today I’ve been super tired… thanks daylight savings time! So I’ve just been catching up on some Netflix and have been binging some beauty YouTube videos. We also have my parents dogs for a few days so between that I’ve been refereeing the gang.
