Hi guys! I can’t believe that 2015 is close to coming to an end. When I look back at the year, there isn’t a lot that jumps out at me aside from starting this blog. I really think that this blog was the highlight of the year because it was the moment that I decided to take a chance and do something that I love. I’m not going to get into my resolutions in this post, as that will be it’s own post, but next year I’m going to aim higher that’s for sure.

Hi guys! Merry Christmas!! I’ve mentioned the Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette in the past but have never done a full post on it. I absolutely love this palette and think it is a great comparison to the Urban Decay Naked 1 and Naked 2 Palettes. It is mostly warm toned though. It contains both matte and shimmer finished shadows, as well as both light and dark shades. It’s basically a one-stop shop! Continue reading
With the holiday season in full swing I find myself reaching for my red lipsticks more frequently than usual. To me, red lipstick is a staple in my collection but I don’t find myself wearing them every day. With my fair skin, I find that reds look dramatic on me. Hi guys! Colourpop had a sale for Cyber Monday in which everything was reduced by 20% for the day. I saw $4.80 Ultra Matte Liquid Lipsticks and immediately jumped on that bandwagon. I was impressed with the two I had ordered in the fall so I took this opportunity to add a few more to my collection. I love that I can apply them and not worry about my lipstick partially going rogue throughout the day. Continue reading
Hi guys! I have another holiday inspired look to share with you today. Since green is a fairly prominent colour during the holiday season I wanted to do a look where the main focus is green eye shadow. It definitely has colour to it so it is not a neutral look, but I don’t think it is over-the-top or dramatic either. I feel like it could be worn to both formal or casual holiday parties. Hi guys! This is an exciting post because I don’t just have my look for Halloween, but I also have the look that I did on one of my best friends, Chrissy! We got ready together yesterday before going out for Halloween and this was the result! This was the first time I’ve ever did someone else’s makeup and I’m happy with the results! Her makeup was already partially done, so I did her eyes and cheeks. Since she was a donut I had some freedom to have fun with her eye makeup, so with that said, I’m going to go into more detail about her look.
