Blush Round-Up

Hi guys! After my last round-up post I decided to round-up my blushes and swatch those for you as well. I figured I would start with blushes because it’s a relatively small portion of my makeup collection. I love how much a complimentary blush can make a look more complete. I usually go for a little wash of colour on my cheeks, I don’t really wear anything too intense when it comes to blushes. The blushes are less intense than my swatches suggest, I tried to build up the colours so that my camera would pick them up.  Continue reading

Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette

P1010949.jpg

Hi guys! Merry Christmas!! I’ve mentioned the Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette in the past but have never done a full post on it. I absolutely love this palette and think it is a great comparison to the Urban Decay Naked 1 and Naked 2 Palettes. It is mostly warm toned though. It contains both matte and shimmer finished shadows, as well as both light and dark shades. It’s basically a one-stop shop! Continue reading

Cyber Monday Colourpop Haul

I always have a hard time finding one that is light enough to conceal and highlight my under eye area. For awhile I was finding they were either too dark, too warm or didn’t have a great applicator. I think I have found one that meets my needs and that is unsurprisingly the Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer. It feels like a Holy Grail to me!

Make Up Forever Artist Palette, Volume 2

P1010559

Hi guys! Today I wanted to share with you a look, review and swatches using the Make Up Forever Artist Palette, Volume 2! This is the last palette from my Birthday Haul that I need to swatch! I did a soft, shimmery look using this palette which is strange considering how colourful it is, but I was going for a coffee date with a friend the day I wore this so I didn’t want to go over the top. I will definitely play with the more colourful shades and do a post using them in the future! Continue reading
