Hi guys! I can’t believe I’m writing this… February Favourites time already? I know I always say this but the time just flew by. I’ve got a few products that I wore regularly this past month and became staples in my routine. From makeup, to skincare and a bit of randomness, let’s dive in!
Makeup
Morphe | Kathleenlights Eye Shadow Palette
I talked about this palette when I got it back in November, and while I wore it occasionally at the time, I have been wearing it non-stop this past month! In fact, I’ve worn it almost every day. If I don’t know what I want to wear on my eyes, this is the palette I’ve been reaching for. I don’t think it has even been put back in the palette drawer once. I also did post a look using this palette recently right here!
Colourpop | Super Shock Eye Shadow in Central Perk
I very rarely talk about single eye shadows but this oldie but goodie has been a shadow I’ve been loving to wear lately. I really enjoy blending it into the crease and then applying it to the lid using my finger. I love the way it looks as if you’re wearing two different shadows, when you’re really just wearing one. And the shade… it’s just beautiful. Plus, the Friends reference doesn’t hurt!
Anastasia Beverly Hills | Liquid Lipstick in Allison
I’ve been wearing this liquid lipstick non-stop lately. The pinky-brown shade is just perfection! To see it on the lips, you can check out this post here. The wear time is great and it’s very comfortable on the lips. Just a note though, I have a high tolerance for liquid lipsticks, so if you find them drying, you likely won’t like this one.
Skincare
Nivea | Purifying Toner
I know I’ve already mentioned this in a previous favourites post, however I needed to give this product another shout out. My skin has been a disaster lately and I feel like this toner is helping to keep the breakouts to a minimum.
More!
Briogeo | Curl Charisma
I got a sample of this in my Ipsy Glam Bag in July and I’ve been using it a lot lately. The curls are soft, but defined and my frizz is nearly non-existent when I use this product. I love it enough to consider shelling out the cash for the full size when I run out of this. Just a note, I haven’t been posting Ipsy Glam Bags because I unsubscribed a few months ago. While I really enjoyed the service, I needed to take a break. My collection of sample sized products got a bit overwhelming. Once I get through more of it, I would consider subscribing again.
What were your favourites in the month of February? Let me know in the comments below!

Robyn

Thanks! If you like liquid lipstick then you’d probably like this formula! It is still drying like a liquid lipstick though. But it applies great and wears great!

I used to use that Nivea toner way back in the day – really good and gentle!
I’m not surprised to see the ABH liquid lipstick listed – such a great colour and the formula sounds outstanding!

Great favourites this month! I’ve never tried Morphe anything before – I see the “As Seen on TV” store near me is actually selling some of their palettes in store which is a little odd but also cool – much more accessible that way!

Thanks! Yes, I’ve seen Morphe there too! I picked up 2 palettes (35O and the blush palette) at Christmastime. I was super excited to see Morphe locally!!
